Our Mailer Boxes are fully customizable – custom printed with your company’s logo or branding, making them a versatile option for personal and business use. Mailer boxes are used for packaging because they provide several benefits, including protection, durability, convenience, customizability, branding, and low shipping costs.
We offer two box configurations to fit your needs:
Standard Configuration
- Available in 10 standard sizes
- Material: Outside: Standard White and Inside: Standard White
- Print Options: Outside only, or Outside & Inside
- Printing Turnaround: Ships within 5-7 business days

Custom Configuration
- Custom sizes
- Minimum dimensions: 3″ (L) x 3″ (W) x 1″ (D)
- Materials: Premium White (Glossy Finish), Premium White, Kraft
- Print options: Outside only, Inside only, or Outside & Inside
- Printing Turnaround: Rush (7-9 business days), and Standard (10-15 business days)
- Size restrictions: Depth (D) cannot be greater than Length (L)
- Need a sample? If your artwork has been approved, PackM can ship sample orders of 1 or 2 boxes in 4-5 business days.
How to measure your box
Box dimensions correspond to the interior dimensions and are listed as: Length (L) x Width (W) x Depth (D)
- Length (L) is measured left to right
- Width (W) is measured front to back
- Depth (D) is measured top to bottom
