Our Corrugated Easy-Fold Mailers is an ideal shipper for flat items such as books, posters, picture frames etc.
This box-style is quick to assemble and has a flat bottom, end flaps, and side flaps that fold over and meet to form the top of the box
Best for shipping flat products that don’t need many paddings, such as books or records. However, due to its sturdy design, it is sure that your product will not be damaged

Our Easy-Fold Mailers come in different sizes.
- Half Letter size 8.5 x 5.5 (fits 250 sheets)
- Full Letter size 11.5 x 8.5 (fits 500 sheets)
- Full Letter size 11.5 x 8.5 (fits 750 sheets)
- A4 size 210 x 297mm (fits 500 sheets)
- 12 x 12 size (fits 500 sheets)
- Legal size 14 x 8.5 (fits 500 sheets)
How to Measure your Box
Box dimensions correspond to the interior dimensions and are listed as Length (L) x Width (W) x Depth (D)
- Length (L) is measured left to right
- Width (W) is measured front to back
- Depth (D) is measured top to bottom
- Size restrictions
- Minimum dimensions: 4” (L) x 4” (W) x 0.5” (D)
- Maximum depth: 3” (D)
